 Error fixSearch&Selection option: The Status Report for a position failed to show pictures of applicants. Fixed. 
 New functionIn the Info Tag Management dialog new contect menu items now enables you to change prefixes for Info Tags already assigned to items (companies, contacts, etc.) Use with care as there is no undo. This options comes handy if you are to change your Info Tag pick list. Could be that you have groups below "Experience." and you late decides that "Experience." should be changed into "Expertise." even in tags already assigned to contacts. 
 ChangeDeleting an Info Tag assigned to an items (contact, company, etc.) will now result in the deletion being made to the database right away. Before this change you could end up not having the deletion made and the tag re-appear.

 ChangeThe German translation has been updated. 
 ChangeOn start of program a check is made to ensure that the actual number of users given access to the system does not exceed the number of users licensed. If this check fails a wait of 60 seconds is enforced. To check (and possibly make some users inactive) go to Administration / Registration. If setup this way only e-mails to which you have assigned the category will be considered for e-mail scan and as such stored as CRM documents. This release will ask you once if all e-mails are to be scanned (a category of *) or if you want to use the new feature. This is to make sure that (*) is not the default in cases where you want to use categories but for some reason have re-installed the client.

 ChangePutting a linked document into Secure Folder (via the context menu) now also deletes the plain text image as not to enable users to peek into the contents. It will however still have pointers in the full text index (payable option) and users will therefore be able to search for a word that - just by finding that this particular word is part of the text - gives clues to the content. If you want to avoid this totally, you will have to force a rebuild of the full text index.

 ChangeThe internal methods for persisting layouts (your changes to company-, contact and project-window etc.) has changed out of nescessity. If you have modified windows in ChannelCRM you will most likely need to re-modify them again. We are sorry for the effort this imposes on you, but the new possibilities in Windows7 and Office2010 makes this step unavoidable. 
 ChangeSearch&Selection: The applicant window now uses the same basis layout as the contact window. No need to maintain a separate version for this. Applicant specific tabs will be shown automatically. 
 ChangeConverting a contact into an applicant as well is now done by a syngle click in a checkbox (situated topmost in the contact window). No need to use a "Shown as" dropdown anymore.

 New functionDrag and drop of attachments from within an Outlook e-mail to any document tab is now supported. This is an easy way to make sure that importent documents in your customer correspondance are clearly visible. 
 New functionIt is now possible to mark any number of activities in a list (shown in a Tab) and by contect menu "Delete selected activities" have them deleted. This function will not delete activities marked as completed however. The prime reason for the feature is to enable deletion of future repeated activities in case of a reschedule or the like.

 ChangeCRM Manager now has a global setting whether to use SqlCmd or Systems Managed Objects for executing scripts. The first option is the preferred, but if you are running CRM Manager from a client PC (without SqlCmd installed) the latter may be your only choice.
